Smallfield Surgery serves the whole of Smallfield, the surrounding villages and the eastern part of Horley.

Our team includes eight GPs, two practice nurses, four health care assistants as well as a number of administrative and reception staff. We also have the full complement of attached staff including district nurses, health visitors and midwives.

This website is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about our services, how to access them and some general information about how our practice operates. We offer a full general practice service and run specialist clinics for children and pregnant women, diabetes, asthma and heart disease sufferers and for patients needing minor surgery.
